3-12 year olds (must be potty trained)
What To Expect
Our homeshool day will start with five 20 minute academic learning blocks interspersed with circle and song time from 9-11am followed by nature and farm themed activities.
During the academic learning time, parents will be responsible for providing specific activities for their child to do in math, reading, writing and problem solving.
If Friday is not an academic day for your child’s homeschool program, we will have alternative activities available.
After 11am nature and farmed themed activities will be programmed as well as unstructured free play.
Something Different Every Day!
Each visit to the Cove Creek Homeschool Day will be a little bit different.
Students will learn about the farm and farm related crafts. They will go on scavenger hunts, build rock gardens, learn about pollinators and do other outdoor activities.
They will also learn about the birds that can be found on the farm, build bird houses and bird feeders.
On weather appropriate days there will be water themed day (Bring a bathing suit and towel)
Daily Activity Structure
- Drop off (starting at 8:30)
- Circle and song time go over the day’s activities
- 9-11am proctored academic learning
- 11-11:30 Lunch
- Story time/ mindful meditation or yoga style rest.
- Afternoon activities
- Snack
- Free play
- Campfire
- Parent pickup

- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug protection
- Lunch in paper bag or lunch box
- Rain boots
- Rain attire
- Spare change of clothes including socks and underwear
Cost:
$60 per day or $180 per month per child
Members get a 10% discount.
