Mountain Top Catering and Cove Creek Farms have joined forces for an Oktoberfest Farm to Table fusion!

Germany’s iconic Octoberfest right here in
Monteagle, Tennessee! Partnered with our
culinary professionals at Mountain Top
Restaurant & Catering, we will be highlighting
lead Chef Roswitha Onderka. Roswitha moved
from Bavaria, Germany 20 years ago, and since
has launched a popular German restaurant
known as “Gasthaus” in addition to becoming
a lead chef at Mountain Top
restaurant & Catering. Mountain Top
Restaurant & Catering is a culinary collective
located in Monteagle, Tennessee atop the
Cumberland Plateau. They specialize in
bringing diverse menus with fresh local
ingredients to their restaurant and catered
events.
Together, Cove Creek Farm, Mountain Top, &
local farmers are partnering to create a farm to
table Oktoberfest Experience. The menu
consists of large decadent grazing tables, called “The Bavarian
Spread.” A Biergarten of Cove
Creek Farm’s very own bratwurst & kielbasa will also be served. Double AA Farm hot dogs will be offered for the kids.
A vast selection of Oktoberfest & German beer
will be provided by local Village Wine & Spirits.
Professional live music
by Bob Townsend Band will lighten the evening. Dinner will be held outside in Cove Creek Farm’s new pavilion overlooking the rolling hills of their pastures and onsite of their family activities including inflatables, a massive indoor fun zone, Imagination Station, haybale slides, giant pirate ship and castle, bounce pad, nature playscape, hobbit hill, human sized hamster wheels, tire playground, slingshot, family yard games, and more.
Tickets are $150 per adult & $25 per
child, which will include all food, beverages,
and fun. A portion of the proceeds will be
donated to King’s Table, who provides gourmet meal experiences at local shelters.
